TASTING NOTES:
The color is a garnet red with purple hues.
On the nose, one is primarily struck by the lusciousness of its fruit: a basket of fresh red berries amidst an explosion of roasted and brioche aromas, plunging us into the heart of a master pastry chef’s workshop.
On the palate, the attack is very fresh. The finish is round and straightforward, mirroring its nose.
