TASTING NOTES:
A very pale yellow and clear color.
An elegant initial nose with aromas of white flowers (acacia and elderflower) as well as fruits (white peach and lemon). Upon swirling, more complex notes of linden and smokiness reminiscent of flint appear.
The palate entry is fresh and tangy. The mid-palate is taut and precise, with a wine that lingers on the palate.
The finish is full and luscious (brioche notes) with a beautiful length.

Managing frost-prone plots with late pruning once again made it possible to preserve the vintage's harvest potential.
The 2023 harvest took place under ideal weather conditions. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes were harvested in a single morning, on September 6, 2023.
